15min of Death by Toes to Bar
– Variation on Death by – each minute, the reps will increase by two
– Once failure is reached, cut the reps in half and continue for the remainder of the fifteen minutes. Ex: cannot finish 16 (minute 8), drop down to 8 reps and work way back up.
