This is our final $5 WOD!  Thank you all for coming out to enjoy our version of pain!  February 4 begins our members only WOD’s – but don’t worry, Saturday at 10am is a community WOD – all are invited!

You are also invited to join us with a Punchcard membership or one of our Unlimited Monthly Memberships and schedule your Fundamentals classes.

Warm UP

10 Squats
10 Push ups
10 shoulder rollout
100M run
3 Rounds

WOD
16 Med Ball Squat Cleans
50M run with MB
16 MB front squats
50M run with MB
5 rounds for time

…and then we will play a game!

After Party
30 sec plank hold
15 Plank Jacks
3 rounds
Additional stretching with LAX and rollers
