WARMUP

2 min Row – increase pace every 30 sec

20 jumping jacks
15 squats
10 V-sits
5 Burpee broad jumps

2 min rest

5 min AMRAP (Coach Led)
Empty BB
5 High pulls
5 Muscle cleans
5/5 Elbow punches
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Power Cleans
5 Strict Press
5 Push Press

WORKOUT

WOD 1:
“THE BREAKUP”
With a running clock BOTH partners simultaneously complete:
1st minute:
1 Push Press (115/75)
1 Burpee
2nd Minute:
2 Push Presses (115/75)
2 Burpees
Adding 1 push press and 1 burpee per minute until the FIRST PERSON fails.

Score is the “death by” score of the first person who fails. Ex: 9+4 is both partners’ score, if the first person fails after the fourth rep in the tenth round.

7min Rest, then… “The Break Up and the Make Up” Part 2
