One partner lunges while other partner performs situps
– Score = Time + Situps
–Β Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge. As in, reach full range of motion without hammering knee into the floor.
– Situp standard is “competition” style: hands must touch the floor above your head and feet at the bottom.
