Happy April Day! Does April mean spring is finally arriving? Maybe, maybe not! But it does mean it’s time to get STRONG and start preparing for our next strength cycle. We’ll have some new twists and slight changes to this upcoming strength cycle. Today you’ll have two options for the workout, either a 1RM or a not-for-time heavy WOD. Strength Cycle #5 starts in about two weeks, we’ll see a couple more days like this in the next two weeks. If you want to get those 1 Rep Maxes in – make sure you come in Tuesday and Fridays!

As a bonus, April 1st starts a burpee challenge that lots of members participating in. We’re going to kick it off together on Tuesday! Not kidding 🙂 This will be tracked on the goal board in the NW corner of the gym.
