Healthy Shoulders

Partner Workout
60 Pull-ups
– partner bar hang / hanging hollow
60 Push Presses (115/75)
– partner holds bar locked out overhead
60 Front Rack Lunges (115/75)
– partner holds front rack
60 Push-ups
– partner holds plank
60 Deadlifts (115/75)
– partner holds back locked out at hips

60 reps per movement can be split any way between the two partners. Each partner must have their own bar for the workout.
