Turkish Getup + Press
– increase weight each round
– if you reach your 5RM too quickly, drop the weight and finish out the 5×5
– perform all five reps on the same side before switching to the opposite side
– the press is inserted into the TGU at the full upright position before the remainder of the TGU is completed
