Thank you all for the awesome effort last night during the Ladies Only Competition – it was a great event and SO much fun!  Props to Jim and James for running the event and programming the WOD’s with Troy!  Thanks guys!

Saturday WOD
10 DB Walking Lunges (R&L=1, 50/35)
30 Double Unders (sub 90 singles and 30 tuck jumps)
10 DB one arm Snatches (alternate arms, R&L=1, 50/35)
10 Burpees over box
