Jumping jacks, squats, arm circles and lunges (R=1)

Skill

Close Grip Bench Press, 4×10

WOD Outside! 

50m bear crawl

20 ball toss over shoulder (30/20 slamballs)

run 100M with ball

20 ball toss over shoulder
