Okay folks! We’re going to test some new program this month and Tuesday is day 1. If you have 1RM (or 3RM or 5RM) for back squat, deadlifts, presses and benchpresses, please bring those numbers to class tomorrow! We’ll have some group/math work prior to jumping into the skill.
Don’t forget about Wednesday’s Olympic Lifting Clinic with Drew Dillon this Wednesday, spots are still available! Sign up through ZP (on a computer, events not accessible via mobile site).
