The Squat: As natural as walking, the squat is a human movement. Make it pretty! Chest up, eyes up, break at the hip and squat back into your heels, then drive out of the floor from the heel. This is the foundation for multiple movements in the gym, that’s why you see it in the warm up almost every day….push yourself for flexibility and depth of squat.
