We’re wrapping upside down week full circle – the WOD performed Monday morning will be tonight’s member workout.
Don’t forget tomorrow, Saturday September 20, are the Columbus Weightlifting Mobility and Olympic Lifting clinics at Birdtown. Unless you are registered for the clinic, the gym is closed! That goes for all classes throughout the day. Clinics will be in session from 8am-4pm.
