Another strength cycle down! You guys are AMAZING! We have a healthy list of PR’s on the October board! Let’s add to that list this week!
We are testing 1RM Front Squat today (last tested 4/8/14) to prepare for the next cycle that starts Oct 27th (next Monday). Jillian and I are full of information if you want to know more about why / how we program for class – Just ask!
Warm Up (10 minutes)
1 x 400m ROW
then
10 Sit Ups and 10 Back Extensions
10 squats and 10 pushups
repeat exercises for the remaining time
