Friday night is our 2nd Annual Partner Competition! We have lots of athletes participating and are eager for many spectators to join us as well.

7 Minute AMRAP
Athletes will have 7 minutes to complete as many reps as possible. The workout rep scheme and movements are as follows:

8 American KB Swings (70/53)
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (70/53)
Level 2
6 Hand Release Push Ups
8 American KB Swings (53/35)
12 Sumo Deadlifts (53/35)
Level 1
6 Hand Release Push Ups from Knees
