B. Β Lurong #7 (7min AMRAP: 6 HSPU, 8 KB Swing, 12 SDHP)
C. Β WOD
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Push Ups
5 Jumping Squats
5 Pull Ups
10 Rounds
*One 1000m ROW must be completed within the WOD, at any time
After Party
50 wall ball situps for time
