Our 10-week Squat Cycle starts tomorrow (Tuesday / Thursday this week).  Today is the day to recover from Swole Mates, prepare for the Squat Cycle or complete the Lurong Challenge WOD #7.

Skill
Clean Technique – group drills

WOD – choice of one of the following
A. Find 1RM Front Squat

B.  Lurong #7 (7min AMRAP: 6 HSPU, 8 KB Swing, 12 SDHP)

C.  WOD
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Push Ups
5 Jumping Squats
5 Pull Ups
10 Rounds
*One 1000m ROW must be completed within the WOD, at any time

After Party
50 wall ball situps for time
