Skill/Strength
5 x 5 Sumo Deadlift

WOD
EMOM
Even minutes: 3 squat clean
Odd minutes: 3 power cleans
AND Min 1-5 = 1 pushup, Min 5-10 = 2 pushup, Min 10-15 = 3 push up

After Party
Bear craw forward and crab walk back
