WOD – The Mogadishu Mile Partner WOD
99 lunges w/KB
20 Tire Flips
1 Mile Run w/ KB
For Time
– 99 for the 18 deaths, 80 wounded, and 1 captured among the U.S. raid party and rescue forces
– 20 for the 20th Anniversary & Tire Flips to replicate moving helicopter wreckage
– for the Mogadishu mile and carrying KBs to replicate the weight of body armor, ammo & weapons
* Lunges – one partner works at a time
* Tire: waiting teams hold plank while they wait
* Run: Partner teams must start and finish together
