then
3 minutes to complete two rounds of
11 Thrusters and 33 Double Unders
then
3 minutes to complete two rounds of
13 Thrusters and 39 Double Unders

*Everyone works for at least 12 minutes.
Level 3 Thrusters (95/75) and Double Unders
Level 2 Thrusters (75/55) and Double Unders
Level 1 Thrusters (55/35) and Single Unders
