Barbell Complex EMOM
14 minutes of:
1 Power Clean, Push Press, Jerk
1 Power Clean, Push Press, Jerk
2 Burpees
– you may increase weight throughout the workout
– if you fail a minute, drop weight to continue, then add that minute on to the end of the workout
– ex: a failure at minute 10 is made up at minute 15
