Hip bridge floor press x 10
From DBWOD.com: The Hip Bridge Floor Press begins in a supine position, with the knees bent, a dumbbell in each hand, and elbows bent at 90 degrees. As you perform a hip bridge (hips to the sky), press the dumbbells to extension at the same time. As you lower your hips you will also lower your dumbbells
