Excellent job with Tuesday’s workout everyone! With the focus off the board and clock, we were able to focus on technique and moving some heavy loads! Really, you all outdid yourselves, congratulations. Keep that concentration we saw today and we’ll see great strides as we move forward.
Warmup
500m Row
Then 2 Rds of:
30 Mtn Climbers
15 OHS
15 Pushups
15 Thrusters (PVC)
+ Stretching (Arms, Chest Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings)
Strength
Bench Press
Deadlift
Workout
“Tabata My Barbell”
8 Intervals of Back Squats
8 Intervals of Push Presses
8 Intervals of Front Squat
– Weight: empty barbell – same wt for each movement
– Scale with trainer or bella bars
– Score is lowest set from each movement
Words of Wisdom: If the weight feels too light, move faster.
