90sec EMOM
Rounds 1-5: 3 Hang Snatches
Rounds 6-10: 3 Hang Power Clean
* I know it’s not an EMOM… But the general idea of it is right!
* Increasing weights each set
* Sets of 3: no dropping bar mid-set or you have to start it over!
* Yes, you have to squat on the snatches :-*
After Party
