November Double Under Challenge!
We want to see who is going to put in the work and get better at those DUs with a 3min Max Effort Challenge.
Top 3 most improved individuals at the end of the month receive a prize.
You have until the end of the week to get your three min max effort in and on the board. We will retest at the end of the month and compare the best percentage increase. Are double unders already your jam? We’ll allow you to take on triples. It’s a three min max improvement challenge. Let’s do it!
