WOD

1 snatch (135/95)
2 thruster
3 dead hang pull ups
4 squat cleans
50 double unders
6 front squat
7 toes to bar
8 kettlebell swings
9 mountain climbers
10 lunges
11 push ups
12 squats

(50 min time cap!)

WOD runs like this:
1 Snatch
2 Thrusters, 1 Snatch
3 Dead Hang Pullups, 2 Thrusters, 1 Snatch
4 Sqaut cleans, 3 Dead hang pullups, 2 thrusters and 1 snatch
