12 Days of Christmas! Bringing back a BTCF favorite – Check your weights and time from 9/21/13 to compare and give yourself a goal to beat!
WOD will start promptly 15 minutes into class…Please be on time to properly warm up.
There is a strict 50 min time cap today to allow the peeps who were SO CLOSE to finishing last time to really push the envelope and finish this WOD. They will be creeping into the warm up of the next class, so watch out for them and give them some room to move.

3 Dead Hang Pullups, 2 Thrusters, 1 Snatch
4 Sqaut cleans, 3 Dead hang pullups, 2 thrusters and 1 snatch
