Happy July 4th Weekend!
We are excited to have a HERO WOD for you Saturday! Classes are 8am, 9:30am or 11am – be ready for this partner HERO to take a full hour (maybe a few minutes longer?)
Sign up in ZP App just like normal…and yes there are 15 spots open because I expect one of our coaches will be joining the group as athlete #16. IF we end up with an odd number, you will not be working out alone – we will partner up into a 3-person group and get after this WOD together.
Weβll congregate out front at the edge of Madison Park – You should see us out there when you drive inβ¦.we wonβt be using the gym at all, but it will be open for bathroom breaks.

COVID Protocols for vacations, travel and the next few months
We will be watching closely to see if the increase in COVID positives warrant our pulling back classes to a smaller group of athletes. We will convey that information if it should become relevant.
More pressing is the summer vacation and travel that we have planned.
The CDC is asking for everyone to self-administer quick tests each day – temperature, cough, lethargy, etc. and get a test if any of these symptoms arise. Travel restrictions are also self-administered at this point and we need to set some guidelines to keep you as safe as possible.
If you travel outside of your normal day-to-day, we are asking you to social distance, wear masks and wash your hands frequently. If you feel your travel was more than you bargained for, please return safely and put yourself on a 72-hour quarantine from the gym.
If your travel requires an airplane, we are following CDC guidelines by enforcing a 14-day quarantine.
Your safety is #1 as is the safety of your families and the greater community.
We are allowing drop ins but we ask the same of them and have them schedule their visit and limit one drop in per class (in the coach spot). We are also saying no to prospective clients that cannot hold true to the 14-day travel quarantine.
At any time if you exhibit signs of COVID-19, you should get tested immediately and self quarantine. Tests can be administered at RiteAid and other pharmacies around Lakewood and at Urgent Care.

If you have any questions, please ask them and we will get them answered for you.
Thank you for all of your hard work in the gym, keeping cleaning protocols effective and having patience with us through these past few months. We are so grateful to you and proud to work with you in the precious free time you cut out of your day to workout with us.
Have fun – be safe and have a relaxing holiday!
