10 Toes to Bar
10 Air Thrusters
10 Superman to Hollow Hold
10min AMRAP, then Stretch
Strength:
Deload – Press
Then, Press 3 x 8 at 50%
Workout:
1000m Row or 800m Run, then
4 Rds of
6 Box Jumps
8 Push Presses (60% of Press)
10 Pushups – Ring or Incline
For Time
After Party: Mobility!
Spend a minimum of 5min on Foam Roller, using a bar to rollout, using bands, etc
