Day 4 Burpee Challenge! 20 Burpees today…If you aren’t caught up – today is the day to get back on track!!
Warm ups don’t have to be fancy to be effective. Do you know where you’re sore or what needs loosening up? shoulders? traps? hips? ankles? hamstrings or quads? Ask a coach for help and we will give you specific mobility drills to help you get ready for the WOD.
Warm Up
3 minute row
OHS – 3 seconds to get to the bottom of the squat, 3 seconds up
Push ups and Pull ups
Shoulder Mobility – arm circles and pass throughs, etc
Skill
20 minutes to find your 1RM Press
WOD
Technique Work – add weight whenever you’re in the mood
