Going to be real with you all, I am so happy this challenge is over today. Everyone who wraps up their 1300 burpees for the month on Wednesday or even a few days late, you all rock. Kapooya!

GOAT Work!
100 Burpees for time may take one athlete 40 minutes and another 5. You are all encouraged to finish all 100 in whatever time it takes you. For those who wrap it up quickly, the remainder of the class time should be used to work on a weakness, a.k.a. goat work.
Come to class with an idea of what you would like to work on. If you need suggestions, a running list was started on the middle white board, feel free to make additions OR head to the far north white board and write your goat down as a reminder of something you need to work on.
