Alright folks, we had a very successful Spencer Arnold Squat Cycle and then two weeks to test out our 1 Rep Maxes over the holidays. NOW, we get to head full force into the new year.

Front Squat
+ 2 Warmup Sets
Workout
100 feet of Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35, plate)
30 Situps
10min AMRAP
