Birdtown Strength offers group and individual classes, where the coaching, training and programming is centered on the functional fitness philosophies and methodologies. Our focus is on workouts that are constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity and scalable to your fitness level.

What you’ll get out of Birdtown Strength (apart from a fantastic place to train that you’ll genuinely look forward to) includes learning a whole host of skills – everything from gymnastics and bodyweight movements, to rowing, jumping, throwing and weightlifting.
