Every day the Birdtown CrossFit team is working to provide the best experience to our community – this is our mission when we are in the gym, and especially now that we are prohibited from being with in it. As each week passes, we are reviewing what we we were able to provide our community during our new shelter-in-place social distancing world, and see how we can add more value the following week.
