We are so glad you are here! Want to try BTS for the first time? The introduction to Birdtown Strength is a 4-class Fundamentals Course that will prepare you for the work that we do in the gym: Kettlebells, medicine balls, Olympic lifts, body weight exercises and more! Fundamentals is a required aspect of training for all new athletes.
If you are an experienced athlete and interested in joining BTS, please contact us to discuss testing out of the Fundamentals Program. We accept DROP-INS during the week – experienced athletes only. Please fill out the Contact Us form to the right and tell us about the duration of your stay, your class time interest, and your athletic experience.
Rates
- Unlimited WOD – Month to Month Plan — $185/month
- Unlimited WOD – 6 Month Plan — $150/month includes Fundamentals
- 3 Classes x Week – Month to Month Plan — $165/month
- 3 Classes x Week – 6 Month Plan — $130/month includes Fundamentals
- Fundamentals — $80 one time. Stand alone, no commitment. Required for new athletes. Fundamentals is included in 6 month plans. These classes are scheduled outside of regular class times. After purchasing this option, you’ll be contacted by Birdtown Strength Coach to schedule your sessions..
- Ten Class Punch Card — Available for experienced Athletes only; contact info@birdtownstrength.com
- Personal training/One-on-One Session (off hours) — $75/hour
Discounts
Discounts are available for first responders, military personnel, and families. Proof for discounts is required upon signing up.
