24 Squats
24 Push-ups
24 Walking lunge steps
Run 400 meters
* Partner “A” performs 24 squats, 24 push-ups, and 24 walking lunges as Partner “B” completes a 400m run.
** Team cannot move onto next round until you and your partner complete all work in the round
*** RX = 6 rounds each
*** Scaling Option = 6 as a team
