Fundamentals

The introduction to Birdtown Strength is a 4-class Fundamentals Course that will prepare you for the work that we do in the gym: kettlebells, medicine balls, Olympic lifts, body weight exercises and more! Fundamentals is a required aspect of training for all new athletes. If you are an experienced athlete and interested in joining BTS, please contact us to discuss testing out of the Fundamentals Program.
