Fundamentals

Our 4-class Fundamentals orients our new members to Birdtown Strength and our programming. In a small group setting, new members warmup, learn a new skill, practice that skill, and a participate in a short workout under the watchful eye of a coach.

Personal Training

We recognize that some folks want more individualized attention to help attain their health and wellness goals. Personal training sessions are catered to fit your needs and goals. One-on-one sessions can offer phenomenal benefits to new and experienced athletes: learn how to do a movement for the first time or really take some time to hone in on a skill or lift you’ve been struggling with.

Group Training

Ranging from a group of friends who want to workout together to sports teams looking for off-season training programs, Group training fits these needs. Group training offers flexibility in scheduling and goals. We’ve worked with many teams over the years who are seeking to achieve sport-specific goals without compromising their ability to tackle other activities along the way.

Nutrition Coaching

Want to get your diet back on track but don’t know where to start? Check out our Nutritional Coaching with Ana Liston. There are two tracks to choose from with depending on your preferences. We offer an individualized 12-week program to help you reach your goals or a smaller scale macro planning package jump start plan.
