– 1 Squat Clean Thruster
– 1 Back Squat
– 1 Overhead Squat

Partner Workout!!!

8 Barbell Complexes (Partner A)
16 Partner MB Situps (Both)
8 Barbell Complexes (Partner B)
16 Partner MB Situps (Both)
x 3 Rds
– Both partners perform situps each time, with and without the ball
