10 Jumping Air Squat*
8 Russian KB Swing
30 sec Bike or Row

*Controlled Squat down then light jump that extends the hips/knees with a soft landing in the ¼ Squat position.

STRENGTH

Back Squat for load:
6-6-6 Back Squats

WORKOUT

AMRAP x 14 MINUTES
15 KB Swing (53/35)
10 Back Squats (135/95)
500/400m Row or 1200/1000m Bike
