Strength
5 x 10 Front Squat into Back Squat
– Increasing weight each round

Lurong Challenge Workout #7

7 Minute AMRAP
Athletes will have 7 minutes to complete as many reps as possible. The workout rep scheme and movements are as follows:

Level 3
6 Handstand Push Ups
8 American KB Swings (70/53)
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (70/53)

Level 2
6 Hand Release Push Ups
8 American KB Swings (53/35)
12 Sumo Deadlifts (53/35)

Level 1
6 Hand Release Push Ups from Knees
8 Russian KB Swings (35/18)
12 Sumo Deadlifts (53/35)
