DELOAD WEEK IS FINALLY HERE!!
You’ve worked your butts off – quite literally built them up, actually…and we’re going to rest (sort of). We take this week to work at lighter weights and retest the front squat and back squat next week (week 10 of the squat cycle!). Deloading isn’t easy…
We have the 12 Days of Xmas WOD this coming Saturday, 12/16/17. This is a great WOD and a good time! You shouldn’t miss it!
TEST WEEK starts 12/18/17
We will test 1RM Front Squat on Monday and 1RM Back Squat on Thursday. Saturday 12/23 will have a mini-WOD and chance to test a third 1RM – to account for people who miss one of those squat days or want to retest another one of our strengths from the last 8 weeks (OHS, Press, Bench, DL, FS, BS).
Holiday Schedule –
Birdtown CrossFit is closed Christmas Day and New Years Day. Normal schedule on both eve’s since they fall on Saturdays.
Birdtown CrossFit 5-year Anniversary Party is January 6 at Plank Road Tavern – all are welcome! Please join us to celebrate!
